PCB circuit board tips!

Printed circuit boards (PCBs), also known as circuit boards, are important electronic components, known as circuit boards and the "mother of electronic components". The following are some common knowledge that PCB people must understand about PCB circuit boards:
1. Traditional circuit boards are called printed circuit boards and printed circuit boards because they are made of printed preservatives to create circuit diagrams and drawings. Nowadays, most circuit boards are attached to corrosion-resistant agents (layers or coatings) and can only be etched after exposure.
2. The circuit board has a single panel, divided into double-sided boards and multi-layer boards. On the basic PCB, the parts are concentrated on one side and the wires are concentrated on the other side. A PCB is called a single panel. The double panel is a double-sided copper wire that can lead to the required network connection between the two layers through holes. Multilayer board refers to a printed board with three or more conductive layers and insulating materials, with conductive patterns connected to each other as required.
3. The circuit board mainly consists of solder pads, through holes, device holes, wires, components, connectors, fillers, electrical gaps, etc. The main functions of each component are as follows:
(1) Solder pad: A metal hole used for welding components.
(2) Through hole: includes metal through hole and non-metal through hole, where metal through hole is used to connect pins between layers of components.
(3) Device hole: used to fix the circuit board.
(4) Conductor: copper film network is used to connect component pins.
(5) Connector: Used to connect components between circuit boards.
(6) Filler: Applying copper wire to the grounding network can effectively reduce impedance.
(7) Electrical clearance: used to confirm the size of the circuit board.
4. The working principle of printed circuit boards is that the board based insulation material is used to separate the surface copper foil conductive layer, allowing current to flow along a pre designed route, such as working, amplifying, attenuation, modulation, demodulation, encoding, and other functions.
